The Extra Ingredient began in 1985 at Friendly Shopping Center in Greensboro, NC. Opened by Art and Martha, the Extra Ingredient continues to be an independently owned and operated kitchen store. We take pride in offering our customers a superior selection of high quality cooking and tabletop items. We are extremely proud of our knowledgeable staff, many of whom have worked with us for a number of years. We love our "localness", and appreciate our connection with the community of Greenboro.
