This Collapsible Pasta Drying Rack dries large batches of homemade pasta noodles at once to keep them from sticking when stored or cooked. Fresh pasta made in advance can be dried and stored for later use, or hung to keep it from sticking until the cooking pot is at a rolling boil.
This Collapsible Pasta Drying Rack features 16 built-in rods (each measuring 8-inches long) that fan out and stagger to maximize drying space. Each rod supports up to a quarter pound, while the whole drying rack can hold up to 4.5-pounds of pasta strands. The included transfer wand easily picks up freshly cut pasta and transports it to the drying rack or cooking pot, then stores neatly in the central column when not in use.
