The Extra Ingredient is committed to you having an enjoyable shopping experience with us.

• Any online purchase may be picked up in store. Please designate your desire to do this at the time of purchase.
• The Extra Ingredient is able to ship your purchases to you anywhere in the contiguous United States.
  Sorry, no shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Internationally, at this time.
• All purchases over $49.00 are shipped FREE OF CHARGE to one "ship-to" location.
• Purchases of $49.00 and under are charged a flat shipping and handling charge of $10.00 per each "ship-to" location.
• Small lightweight packages may be shipped via USPS. Gift Cards will be sent by USPS.  All others will be shipped via UPS. 
• Please be sure all shipping addresses are entered correctly including any apartment or suite numbers. Be sure to note any special delivery instructions.
• Your order of in-stock merchandise will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt, Monday–Friday.
  We do not process orders on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
• You will be notified by e-mail, or by telephone, if items ordered are Out of Stock or no longer available.
